Week of 4/23/2017

Join us Thursday June 1 for EPC Night at the Tides. We will go to Harbor Park to enjoy a baseball game together. This is our first event in Friends and Family Month. Invite a friend to join you. Our Monthly Fellowship Supper, following worship, will be April 30, 2017 at 12:30 PM. We will  be inviting our brothers and sisters from New Genesis and will not begin until all are assembled. Happenings week of 2/26/2017

Memorial Service for Mary Strawhand will be Today at 2:00 PM. We will have our final outdoor workday on Saturday at 9:00 AM. Our goal is to load the piles of brush we have on campus into the Dumpster by the road. The Hampton Roads Scholastic Chess Club has a tournament at the Church on Saturday, March 4, 2017. 2/20/2017 Happenings

EPC PULPIT We are trying to provide as many ways possible for you to be able to hear the Word of God each week. We record the services and are working to get them posted to the website as quickly as possible. We have begun to video record the sermons and publish them to our Facebook page on Sundays. EPC HAPPENINGS We will have our Monthly Fellowship Supper following worship on February 26, 2017. This will be a potluck dinner so bring your favorite dish with enough to share with atleast 6 people and join us for fellowship and lunch. We have invited our friends at New Genesis Baptist Church to join us that day. We will have our 2nd outdoor work day on Saturday, February 25, 2017. Announcements: There will be a Session Meeting on Sunday, October 2, 2016 following the Worship Service. Elders, please bring a lunch with you. You can sign up for a small group in the Lobby. Groups will begin the week of Sept. 25, 2016. We are praying for 50% involvement. That means you need to sign up and get involved. The Cookout was a wonderful success. The Lord held the rain off and allowed for corn hole, the bounce house and the smell of burgers and hotdogs to fill the air.
